I love going to the movies, however I have never seen this bad of a movie at the theater...EVER! I am upset that I wasted 2 hours of my time on the weekend to see this. I would not reccomend to see this movie in the theater or renting it, if someone really wanted to see this wait till it is on TV or cable.

OK, me again and i seen the screening on Wednesday and the movie was...was..just different. The movie was broken into 3 stories a.k.a transmissions. The first one was actually pretty effective in being a horror/thriller. The second one continues the first but from a different perspective which ends up changing! However, the second one was actually pretty funny; black comedy if you will. And, the third one picks right back where the second ended and gives the "conclusion". The movie was thought-provoking, and had the confusing tone to the end. The only problem is the movie builds to something and then it really steps to another level so now you do not know where its going or where its been, and nothing is explained which is a blessing and a curse. But the storyline was great, the actors really made this believeable and at times intentionally unbelievable. But the hear misses were also great. Check it out for a good time. See with friends or a date but not the family!

Alright this is how the cookie crumbles. I'm an AMC Employee so I get to watch any movie I want, completely free of charge. I've seen most of these movies out at the moment and decided to give "The Signal" a try. Even if you're getting paid to see this movie... REJECT THE MONEY! The fact that it's "Limited" says it all. If you live in NYC like me and going to Times Square costs you like $11.50 or more than please watch something else. This movie is an unwanted mind trip... I pitty the fool who spends money on this junk!

This disjointed film is great. (A) A woman wakes up at her lover's apartment and hurries home to her exterminator husband only to find that society has come unglued. (B) A darkly comic New Years Eve party relieves the tension a little from the first act. (C) The final transmission brings all the key characters back together at Terminal 13. Three directors tell one story. This method works because it mirrors the plot: that of a mysterious signal jamming our communications ungluing our control completely. There are no answers, only speculations. See this film......again....again....again.....again....

I love this film!!! There has been very little publicity about this film, and why, I don't know. Some things I will never understand. This is a great, quirky film, and I highly recommend it. It is very unpredictable and very different from the crap that Hollywood churns out. I stayed engaged throughout the film, even though I am not an avid horror film watcher. There is just something different about this one, and that's what makes it so enjoyable.
